A conversation
with a guide.
You set the agenda. You set the goals. I help you build the plan, identify the next step, and hold you accountable to the version of yourself your next season requires.
I work with a small number of leaders at a time — by design.
This is not a volume business. It’s a relationship. Every person I work with gets my full attention, honest perspective, and genuine investment in where they’re headed.

This coaching is built
for men at a crossroads.
The worship or music pastor sensing a transition
You’ve spent years leading from the front. Something is shifting — internally or externally — and you’re not sure whether to lean in, pivot, or start something new. You need clarity, not more options.
The senior or executive pastor navigating change
The organization is changing. The culture has shifted. The tools that built your first chapter aren’t enough for the next one. You need someone who can help you see what you’re too close to see yourself.
The ministry leader considering a career pivot
You’re wondering if your gifts and experience belong somewhere other than where you currently are — but you don’t know how to make that move without losing everything you’ve built. You need a guide who’s made that transition.
The growth-minded man who refuses to plateau
Ministry or marketplace — you’re a man who takes your development seriously. You’ve hit a ceiling that motivation alone can’t break through. You need accountability, challenge, and a plan built for who you actually are.
This coaching is not for everyone — and that’s intentional.
If you’re looking for someone to validate your current path without challenging it, this isn’t the right fit. If you want a motivational session that feels good but produces no action, there are other options.
This is for the leader who is genuinely ready to grow — even when growth requires honesty about what isn’t working, humility about where the gaps are, and the discipline to follow through when motivation fades.
If that’s you, I’d genuinely love to have a conversation.
In thirty years of ministry, I have navigated more transitions than I planned for — new churches, new cultures, new senior leadership, new seasons of personal loss, and the slow process of building skills I never expected to need. None of it went according to plan. Most of it taught me more than any certification ever could.
That’s what I bring into every coaching conversation. Not a script. Not a process that worked for someone else. A genuine investment in your situation, your specific season, the gap between where you are and where you sense you need to be.
You set the agenda. You identify the goals. I ask the questions that help you see what you’re too close to see, speak honestly into what I’m hearing, and walk alongside you as you build the next version of the leader you’re becoming.
Clarity before advice
We identify what you’re actually navigating before we talk about what to do about it. Most leaders need clarity far more than they need another strategy.
Honest, direct conversation
I will not tell you what you want to hear. I will tell you what I genuinely observe — said with care, and always in service of where you want to go.
Action, not just insight
Every session ends with a clear next step. Insight without action is just an interesting conversation. The goal is movement — measurable, specific, yours.
Accountability that sticks
I follow up. I remember what you said you’d do. I ask how it went. That’s not pressure — it’s the difference between a conversation and a coaching relationship.
From first conversation
to lasting growth
You submit an inquiry
Fill out the short form below — four honest questions about where you are, what you’re navigating, and what you hope to change. This isn’t a hoop to jump through. It’s the beginning of a real conversation.
I respond personally
I read every inquiry myself. If I think there’s a genuine fit, I’ll reply with a link to schedule a no-commitment discovery call. That call is a real conversation — not a sales pitch.
We build your plan
If we decide to move forward, we build a coaching engagement around your specific situation — your goals, your timeline, the format that fits where you are. This is not a package you fit yourself into.

This form is not a funnel. It’s four honest questions that help me understand your situation before we talk. Fill it out as specifically as you can — the more honest you are here, the more useful our first conversation will be.
I read every submission myself. If I think there’s a genuine fit, I’ll be in touch within 48 hours with a link to schedule a no-commitment discovery call.
“You’ll get a personal response — not an automated sequence. If I can’t help you, I’ll tell you that honestly. And if I think we’re a fit, we’ll talk like two people who take this work seriously.”
